Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us directly — your name, email address, company, and project details when you book a cloud audit, fill out a contact form, or email us.
- Information collected automatically — basic, aggregated technical data about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referring source, device type). See "Cookies and tracking" below for exactly how.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule and run cloud audits, and deliver engineering services. We use aggregated site-usage data to understand what visitors are looking for and to improve the site. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it does not use tracking cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. That is a deliberate choice: it means we don't need a cookie-consent banner, because there is nothing invasive to consent to.
Booking a cloud audit is handled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book through the link on this site, Calendly processes the information you enter (name, email, selected time) under its own privacy policy — we receive the booking details, but Calendly's cookies and tracking are governed separately.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers that keep this site and our operations running — for example, hosting (Cloudflare) and scheduling (Calendly) — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data security
Information you send us is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit access to client and prospect information to the people who need it to do the work, and we do not retain project details longer than needed for the engagement and applicable legal/accounting requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@kubecube.cloud and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the site is not directed at children under 16.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services (Calendly, LinkedIn) and, on the blog, to external documentation. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control and this policy doesn't cover.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
